Salmon bakes are very popular in Alaska, and this is the one in Fairbanks located in Pioneer Park. They serve unlimited salmon, halibut, and prime rib in a rustic indoor and outdoor environment. The salmon in Alaska is entirely different than the farm-raised Atlantic salmon back home.
