Taylor Highway

The Taylor Highway is a 160 mile road connecting Tok on the Alaska Highway to Eagle on the Yukon River.  The first 60 miles or so are paved, and the other hundred are gravel.  It is a beautiful drive to a beautiful old Alaskan log-cabin town. This road is closed in the winter.
