Land's End

Cabo San Lucas, Land's End

This is the very tip of the Baja Peninsula, at it's southernmost reach, culminating in the village of Cabo San Lucas.  To the right is El Arco, the famous natural arch, and beyond it are two large bird rocks.  Sea Lions also usually can be seen at the base of these rocks.  English pirates used to hide behind these rocks on the Sea of Cortés side, and raid the Spanish ships that would return across the Pacific to Mexico from the far east.
