San Javier

San Javier is a small oasis deep in the heart of the Baja Peninsula.  It has a mission with an interesting old architectural style, and the town seems today like something out of a movie set.  But perhaps most interesting of all is the trip to get there along a gravel road over the Sierra Giganta. (The Sierra Giganta will be shown on the Inland Peninsula Page)
