Lower Trail
Mt Kinabalu
I did this trip with my friend Lisa Cach, who was doing research for a book she was writing, The Wildest Shore. The trail starts out with lush rainforest cover, and the trail is well maintained. Lisa spent much of her time patiently waiting for me to catch up.
