Relaxed Dog

This canine is asleep, and looks pretty relaxed to me! I felt like scratching his belly, but dogs there are not used to people petting them and giving them that type of attention. Rather than being man's best friend, dogs appear to be tolerated there, like the other animals that roam the streets.
