Fatehpur Sikri

Fatehpur Sikri is an abandoned 16th century village that was once the capital of the Mughal Empire.  It is a walled city with many architectural treasures.  It was abandoned due to a lack of a good water supply.  Today, there is also a more modern town outside the gates.
