Villages and Countryside
The real magic of Sicily is in its villages, countryside, and especially the people. The villages cling to and cover hillsides, with houses packed closely together, yet the countryside is relatively uncrowded, with colorful flowers in the spring and golden brown color much of the rest of the year.
