Vatican City

The Vatican City is a country in its own right, one of the smallest countries in the World, with fewer than a thousand residents, and only 109 acres in area.  But it is perhaps one of the wealthier countries.  The Vatican is the capital of the Catholic Church.  Although it is technically not part of Italy, it is included in the Italy page due to the geography.
