Matsue Garden
Matsue, Japan
This is a small garden near the Lafcadio Hearn house. Lafcadio Hearn was a British writer who came to Japan to live and wrote a book about Japanese life from an outsider's perspective, during a time when Japan was a relatively closed and unknown culture. The book was popular with the Japanese as well.
