St Pierre France

St. Pierre is not part of Newfoundland, or even of Canada.  It is not just a territory but a full departement of France, with full French privileges including sending members to Parliament and the French Senate. People here follow French customs and use the Euro for their currency. There are a couple of main islands, but this page will focus only on St. Pierre, the capital. This is included in the Newfoundland pages because of its geographic proximity, located only about 25km south of Newfoundland.
