Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia
These are some more of the ruins near the airfield. Unfortunately we were unable to visit the airstrip itself because the land owner would not allow us to enter. Although he had been paid in advance for our visit, he was no longer willing to allow our passage on his land. This is very typical on these islands.
