Guernsey

Guernsey is the second largest of the Channel Islands, situated in the English Channel, closer to France than England.  While technically not a part of the United Kingdom, and certainly not true countries of their own, the Channel Islands are British, and the governors are appointed by and represent the British Crown.  British Geopolitics can be confusing! These are the sunniest of the British Isles.
