Lava Designs
Snow Canyon State Park
Many of the lava flows create interesting designs. To me, this looks like a Victorian lady, facing right, trying to teach her old dog a new trick, with a battered umbrella in one hand and a treat she is holding back with the other. Meanwhile, to the left, her young daughter or granddaughter is tugging at her dress to compete for her attention. Other people tell me I am crazy, but I am sure you can find some interesting story to this design.
